Core-Type Magnetic Circuits of ПЛ, ПЛР, ПЛМ Types

Winding in core-type magnetic circuit is placed on two rods. In this case winding thickness is decreased and therefore transformer leakage inductance is also decreased. In addition, wire consumption is decreased and cooling surface is increased. This is important for transformers of increased power.

Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Alloy 5БДСР is a new material got by high speed melt-quench. Advantages of magnetic circuits made of this material are high induction at low coercive force, low losses for remagnetization at high frequencies, near-zero magnetostriction.
