Shell-Type Magnetic Circuits of ШЛ, ШЛП, ШЛР, ШЛМ, ШЛО Types

Winding in shell-type magnetic circuit is placed on the central rod; this simplifies the construction and enables to use aperture better, and provides winding protection from mechanical effects partially. Disadvantage of transformers with shell-type magnetic circuit is oversensitivity to low frequency magnetic field effect. This limits application of shell-type magnetic circuits for input transformers.

Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Alloy 5БДСР is a new material got by high speed melt-quench. Advantages of magnetic circuits made of this material are high induction at low coercive force, low losses for remagnetization at high frequencies, near-zero magnetostriction.
